For decades, he served as a member of the Board of Directors and General Manager of Intrakat A.E. (a member of the international technology group Intracom Holdings S.A.), playing a crucial role in establishing it as one of the country’s top four construction companies. His expertise spans a wide range of complex services, technological applications, and project execution in the fields of telecommunications, environment, industry, manufacturing, transportation, distribution, and electricity trading, as well as metal constructions, renewable energy sources (RES), public-private partnerships (PPP), autonomous energy production systems (APS).
Specifically, he has experience in shaping the strategic development of construction companies and implementing their strategic choices through planning, conducting contractual/economic negotiations, managing and maintaining the necessary capital for their smooth execution, overseeing construction, commissioning, and the daily supervision/operation of projects in various sectors.
Charalampos Kallis has participated in some of the country’s largest projects (Athens International Airport “Eleftherios Venizelos,” Athens 2004 Olympic Games, Texaco Petroleum Facilities), while his interests pertain to the application of new technologies in the fields of energy, sustainable development, and the operational use of information technology to solve everyday problems.
For many years, he exclusively served as the General Manager responsible for the operation of Industrial Divisions of large petroleum companies, metal constructions, waste management, and more.
Charalampos Kallis is a Mechanical Engineer (Msc Cranfield University, UK) and an elected member of the delegation of the Technical Chamber of Greece (T.E.E.) from 2017 to 2019.

He served as the Director of the Department of Advanced Technological Applications at Intrakat S.A. (a member of the international technology group Intracom Holdings S.A.), one of the four largest construction companies in the country. His experience at Intrakat involved the establishment of the Department of Advanced Technological Applications, specifically focusing on Smart Cities Applications, such as projects for upgrading municipal and regional lighting systems with remote management, telemetry systems for improving water supply infrastructure and energy conservation, energy-saving systems in buildings, forest fire protection systems, and critical electromechanical infrastructure. Furthermore, he was involved in the study, procurement, and construction of baggage handling systems at fourteen airports upgraded by Fraport.
He served as the Managing Director of TBSP Engineering A.E., a company operating in Greece, Bulgaria, and Cyprus.
He also held the position of Managing Director at KINTEC A.E. (a subsidiary of SIEMENS A.E.), which had activities in all Balkan countries, Cyprus, and Egypt. These companies operate in the high-tech sector, developing products and solutions according to the needs of their clients in the telecommunications, petroleum industry, electromechanical installations, automation of petroleum terminal stations, and advanced security systems.
His knowledge and skills enable him to participate in modern infrastructure projects, energy conservation, smart cities systems, and technological applications.
Christos Bardopoulos is a Mechanical Engineer from the University of Patras and has been a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (T.E.E.) since 1992.
